Creamy Dill Salmon Fillets

 

4 - 3/4 oz salmon fillets
4 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
1 ½ tsp. dill divided
¼ tsp. lemon pepper
Juice from ½ lemon
½ tbsp. lemon pepper
½ tsp. No Salt salad sprinkle
½ cup chicken or vegetable bouillon

 

1. combine cream cheese and dill (1/2 tsp.) set aside
2. over medium heat, brown salmon fillets 3 min per side
3. remove from pan
4. rub salad sprinkle and dill into top and bottom of browned fish
5. into pan add ½ cup broth and lemon juice
6. bring to simmer
7. replace salmon back to pan with lemon juice mixture
8. flip to coat
9. cover and simmer 2-3 min
10. remove from heat, smear remaining cream cheese mixture (1 tbsp.) per fillet
11. sprinkle with lemon pepper
12. replace lid, let steam 1-2 min
13. serve warm with steamed green beans and baby squash
