Quick Curried Flank |
|
|
1 pound lean trimmed flank steak
½ cup chopped green onions
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. turmeric
pinch of No Salt substitute
1 14oz can diced tomatoes, drained (rinse to remove any excess sodium) |

1. thinly slice steak diagonally across grain
2. pre heat a large pan over medium to high heat
3. sauté onions and garlic 2 min.
4. add coriander through No Salt sauté 1 min
5. add steak to hot pan
6. cook approximately 6-7 min until done
7. add tomatoes and reduce heat
8. simmer 3 min until completely heated
9. serve with steamed veggies of your choice |
