We all have good, bad and indifferent days, but my best day was
when I met T’ai Erasmus and I feel very fortunate to have
him in my life.
Fitness has always been an integral part of my lifestyle. Two
years ago I decided to gain more lean body mass. I followed the
most current techniques, believing through these methods, I too
could have a chiseled fuller physique. A year later and I had only
2 lbs. to show for all the hard work.
In the spring of 2003, I met T’ai and he guaranteed he would
guide me to realizing my goal. I started training with T’ai
in May and within 2 months began to notice a difference in my physique.
Due to unseen circumstances I took the summer off, but on September
1, 2003 reunited with T’ai to continue my training.
It has been a grueling 4 months in the gym as well as a complete
diet change, but as I reflect over these past months, I would
not trade it for anything. His knowledge of human physiology and
mechanics
of weight training has provided me with the most unique and effective
exercises that will defeat any previously boring routines. Combine
these exercises with T’ai’s unique set/rep scheme
and you have an equation for success.
My meal plan has been easy to implement. T’ai carefully
formulated the correct food combinations to provide balanced nutrition
and sustain my energy level so I feel great all day. With this
in mind, I have the energy to “hit” the weights at
the end of the day.
To date, I have gained 10 lbs. and a year ago there is no way
I could have lifted the weight I do today. I owe this all to
T’ai’s
ability to incorporate proper nutrition with an excellent workout
routine based on my body type and personal goals.
T’ai is the most dedicated, passionate & enthusiastic
trainer I have ever met and would recommend everyone take the “T’ai
Challenge”, as I believe no matter what your goals, he can
make it possible. Thank you T’ai, you have changed my world
in the best way possible. And, I look forward to the next 3 months
of training as you guide me to reaching the ultimate goal…my
first competition this spring.
Sincerely,
Annemarie Budau
