On my way to becoming a Life & Relationship Coach I have enjoyed several careers. After working 15 years as an administrative assistant I went back to university and obtained a bachelor's degree in social work. As a social worker I especially enjoyed my experiences working with patients and families within a major urban hospital. Social work was a rewarding profession but after six years I found the cost to me of the heavy workload was more than I was willing to live with.

In 1999 I decided to start my own business and I was pleased to discover that the skills I had acquired in administration and social work were readily transferrable. I developed a textbook recycling business that was successful in it's first year. Now as a Life & Relationship Coach I feel like I've finally found my 'calling'. I love the profession and I am excited about the future.

I am happily married to my husband of ten years. We live on the east coast of Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia where we enjoy gardening, hiking and swimming.
